Changes to Our Payment Options

We hope this message finds you well. We are writing to inform you of an important update regarding our payment methods, effective 15 February 2025.

To streamline our billing process and enhance convenience for you, we will be discontinuing the monthly manual payment method. Moving forward, payments can be made through one of the following options:

  1. Yearly Payment: Make a single, hassle-free annual payment and enjoy uninterrupted service throughout the year.
  2. Debit Order: Set up a secure debit order for automatic monthly payments directly from your account.

These options are designed to save you time, reduce the risk of missed payments, and ensure a smoother experience overall.

What You Need to Do:

  • If you prefer the Yearly Payment option, please reach out to our team at billing@trekit365.co.za or whatspp on 0645406457 to arrange your annual payment.
  • For the Debit Order option, kindly complete the form by clicking this link: https://bit.ly/3CwdaMw and return it to us by 15 February 2025.
